The intent of this website is users involved in the paintball industry; players, companies, stores, events, website owners, and other related areas of paintball. Users understand they represent and agree all content shared through their account by posts, messages, and other website functionality, will not violate nor infringe on rights of third party companies and websites which include but not limited to any and all privacy, copyrights, trademark, or other rights. The Marketplace found on this website is for users to advertise, purchase, share, trade, find paintball equipment from other users. Listings are not strictly monitored, guaranteed, accurate, approved, secured, or designated as safe by website administration. Users agree to make use of the marketplace at their own risk.

Users who post listings in the marketplace agree to publish all information as accurate as possible about their product or service. Included in product listings must contain manufacturer/maker of product(s), condition, sell price, payment method(s), and shipping cost, if such information is applicable.

Membership Termination

User memberships, portions of or entire profiles, user posted website content, or other user information may, at any time without notice, be deleted, terminated, changed, or blocked. GOGGLES ON administration reserves the right to remove members who violate written terms, or for any non-disclosed reason.
